People's Choice and Plate Presentation Awards went to Local Ocean Seafood's

Charlie Branford, Executive Chef, for his dish Ostiones Tres Leches

 

1st Place went to Mist at Surftide's Nathan Carlson, Executive Chef, for his dish

Kumimoto Oyster with Yuzu Mignette

 

2nd Place winner was The Starfish Grill at Agate Beach's Dan Wick, Executive Chef and

Felipe Reyes, Sous Chef for their dish Smoked Oyster, Wild Mushroom &

White Cheddar Emanada

 

and 3rd Place went to Shilo Inn's Terry Rafferty, Executive Chef and Garnett Black, Sous

Chef for their dish Ponzu Citrus Red Miso Reduction with Caramelized Shallots
